Since February 2023, cultural manager and curator Zsolt Káldy has been heading the Cultural Participation department at the Cologne Department of Culture. He is responsible for funding areas with a focus on inclusion and interculturalism. He studied aesthetics, art history, and cultural management in Budapest and Cologne, as well as curating in Salzburg. Previously, he worked in the independent scene and taught project management at the HfMT Cologne.
