Tim Frohwein is a sociologist who has been researching and writing about soccer for around 15 years. He is a member of the German Academy for Soccer Culture, a partner at Hartplatzhelden, and works for the Philipp Lahm Foundation. His second soccer book, “2006: Sommermärchen des Jahrhunderts” (2006: Summer Fairy Tale of the Century), will be published in March 2026.
