Many German rap lyrics are about money and success, but it becomes much more interesting when you look at where poverty gets a lyrical stage in German rap. The goal of many rappers is the skyline, but this talk takes a closer look at the curb. We want to know what you can learn from Deutschrap about poverty: How does it shape artists, why and how do they address poverty in their lines - or not.
